Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (for example, as a recruiter), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may have one profile that is reused across the roles you apply to.

When you apply to a role you may upload a résumé and complete a short, role-specific AI interview. You agree that your responses, audio, video, and any proctoring signals collected during the interview may be processed and scored by automated systems and shared with the hiring team for that role, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to complete interviews honestly and on your own, without impersonation, undisclosed assistance, or attempts to manipulate the assessment. We may invalidate results we reasonably believe were obtained through such conduct.

Recruiters may post roles and review candidates who apply. You agree to use candidate data only to evaluate applicants for your roles, to comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and data-protection laws, and not to re-sell or misuse candidate data.

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to access data you are not authorized to access; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; scrape or harvest data; or use the Service to discriminate unlawfully against candidates. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your résumé and profile). You grant Kavron a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. The Service itself, including its software and branding, remains the property of Kavron and its licensors.

Where the Service facilitates work and referral payouts, amounts, eligibility, and timing are shown in your account and may depend on completed work and verification. Taxes are your responsibility. We are not your employer unless a separate written agreement says so.

The Service uses automated and AI systems that can make mistakes. Scores and matches are decision-support signals, not guarantees of accuracy, employment, or any particular outcome. Hiring decisions are made by the relevant hiring teams, not by Kavron.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD 100.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
